YEAR OF PRODUCTION: 1983 & 1984 (hoof says 1982)

PLACE OF PRODUCTION: Hong Kong

MANUFACTURING COMPANY: Hasbro

TYPICAL PRICE ONLINE: $5 - $15 (idk why she's sold for so cheap so often)

OTHER COMMENTS/INFO:

  • Released in Year 1 (1982-early 1983) - One of the original 6 brushables ever released under the MLP name. She came with a white comb and white ribbon

  • Released again in Year 2 (1983-early 1984) - The only difference between the Year 1 and Year 2 brushables is that Year 1 her hooves are flat underneath, wheras in Year 2 her hooves were concave. In both releases she was in the collectors pose.

    • In Year 2 she was sold in stores and as a mail order pony. Both came with white ribbons, but the store-bought one came with a white brush and the mail order one came with a white comb.

  • The original flat footed Blossom was also sold as a mail order pony in Year 3 in a set marketed around the idea of being able to get the original 6 ponies again

  • Had a full re-release for MLP's 25th anniversary

  • Has an unusually large amount of brushable variants
