OTHER COMMENTS/INFO:

  • This playset was released in Year 2. A second edition version was released in Year 4 but only in the UK. It has alternative colors, a different pony, and additional elements. It is called the Waterfall Cascade Playset

    • Some sources say that the Cascade playset is just the UK alternative to the Waterfall Playset?

  • This playset functioned like a bath for ponies - You'd fill it with water, and then the water would sprinkle (get it? Sprinkle?) out of the little cloud at the top, into the bath-esque bed of clouds, presumably with a pony (Sprinkles) inside!

  • Sprinkles is blue on the box - This is presumed to be her prototype version

Accessories:

  • The set was sold with:

    • The Sprinkles brushable + a light green ribbon

    • A little duck named Duck Soup (Sprinkles' sidekick),

    • A tiny blue rag-like towel, a pink comb, a sponge brush, and two tiny purple plastic pony hair curlers

    • A bottle of pony bubble bath (There was real liquid inside; unsure what it actually was)

  • It came with a paper that included instructions & Stories.

    • Regarding Sprinkles and Duck Soup, the paper says (In the US version)

One day when Sprinkles the Pegasus was flying up along the clouds, she discovered a waterfall. Under it was a beautiful pond, nestled among the clouds. Sprinkles flew down and began to splash and frolic in the water! She was having so much fun washing her mane and tail in the soap bubbles that she didn't notice someone else was there, too. "Hi," quacked a voice. "My name's Duck Soup!" With a quick shake of her tail feathers, the duck waddled over to greet Sprinkles! Sprinkles knew right away that Duck Soup liked ponds as much as she did. They took a bubble bath together and soon became the best of friends.
