  • There's two boxes featuring this item, both labeled as "Switchplate". One is blue and dated 1984, and one has a similar appearance to a MLP backcard, and is dated 1985

  • Box included the switchplate and two nails

  • Sold at Toys R Us, possibly elsewhere - No indication it was Toys R Us Exclusive
