OTHER COMMENTS/INFORMATION:

  • One of two figures released by the Hamilton Collection; The other is of Glory

  • They were part of the "Friendship and Magic Collection"

    • Came with a certificate of authenticity

    • Shipped in boxes in a plastic bag and with Styrofoam

    • Were mail order - not through the usual mail order program that was advertised on pamphlets that came with the toys + toy magazines, but in regular Newspaper ads. Definitely marketed towards older collectors

    • Limited edition collectors item - 95 Casting days

    • Sometimes referred to as porcelain because that's what most MLP G1 sculptures were made of, but they are actually resin

  • Both figures got a negative reaction from collectors/fans after release (The Glory one more so, though, it seems)

  • There were supposed to be more releases, but they never happened - Collectors assume it was because of this poor reception. Releases for Medley and Sunlight were announced but never happened. It's said that 12 total were planned, but unclear who the remaining ponies were going to be.

This website is purely for educational/archival purposes. I do not own the rights to My Little Pony, and most photos on this site are not my own. I provide image sources if the source is still available online, but there are far too many photos for me to ask each person for permission - The whole point of the site is collecting as many photos as possible. I try to ask permission on social media or forums that I'm active on, especially if I'm using a lot of photos from one person. If you own one of the photos on this site and do not want it here, message me and I will remove it. This isn't meant to take credit from or upset anyone; It is just for fun and to help record the existence of these toys. If you are made uncomfortable by me using your photos, I will remove them for you.
