Minty was released as a G4 Classic Style brushable as part of of the Midnight in Canterlot Pony Collection Set, which included 7 ponies total. This set was first released in 2013, but had a 2016 re-release
Before the this release, a pony with Hasbro-licensed markings was circling on the site Tabao. She is believed to be re-sellings of a scrapped prototype for Minty's design. This means there are probably very few of her out in the world
Prototype Minty has virtually the same design, just a slightly green-er fur color and white streaks in her hair - Her nose mold is also slightly different
She may be one of the rarest ever ponies, but there's plenty of photos of her all things considered, because the people who have her REALLY want to brag about it (understandable)
