  • Can be seen listed for far higher - even into the 100s. Not sure how common it is for people to actually buy for that price. She is a popular brushable though, who is in demand.

Price as of 2025 - Pony prices can change quite a bit between years

OTHER COMMENTS/INFO:

Release Info

  • Part of the Midnight in Canterlot Pony Collection Set, which included 6 other ponies

  • The original set came out in 2013, though there was a re-release in 2016

  • The set was a Toys R Us Exclusive, and sold at an original retail price of $29.99

Other Info

  • She is a blue-toned green with pink hair. The version that is a more green color, with white and pink striped hair, is an unreleased prototype that was sold unofficially

  • Minty has been in several generations. She first appeared in G1, then got a big redesign in G3. The G4 Minty follows the G3 design almost exactly.

  • This is the only G4 brushable release for Minty, though she has some other G4 merch

Character: Minty only appears in FiM as a background character, using a recolored Applejack design. She does not have an established personality, but fans assume she is about the same as G3 Minty, who is a goofy and quirky, silly pony. She's ditzy and a bit unfocused, but a very excitable and happy-go-lucky pony. She loves the color green, and she likes wearing comfy socks.

Unofficially Released Prototype

  • Before the original 2013 G4 Minty release, a pony with Hasbro-licensed markings was circling on the site Taobao. She is believed to be a scrapped prototype for Minty's design. This means there are probably very few of her out in the world

  • Prototype Minty has virtually the same design, just greener fur, a different shade of pink in her hair + white streaks. She also has a different face mold and no black outlines on her cutie mark

  • Despite her rarity there's plenty of photos of her all things considered, because the people who have her really want to brag about it (understandable)
