Sold at "Quick", a fast food chain based mostly in France, which originated in Belgium, and was bought by Burger King in 2016.
"Magic Box" toy - Quick's equivalent to the McDonald's Happy Meal
Sold in Belgium and France. Potentially other places in Europe
There were two Quick G3 toy waves
The first included Minty, Desert Rose, Wysteria, and Royal Buquet.
The second included Pinkie Pie, Scootaloo, Cheerilee, and Toola-Roola
Of the Quick Magic Box G3 toys, Minty is the one I've been able to find the most footage of
There were also Quick Magic Box figures for G4 ponies

The base of the figure opens, and is used to hold round stickers
She came with a character card
She is incredibly similar to this Minty stamp from 2005
They are virtually the same - They use the same mold and even have incredibly similar bases. The main difference seems to be the placement of the white streaks in her hair
