  • There is a similar Etch-A-Sketch, themed on MLP: The Movie

    • There is also a G3 and G3.5 Board Book Etch-A-Sketch

  • All have Phidal, which is a publishing company, listed on the attached board book

    • Phidal specialized in activity/interactive books, so it is possible they are also the manufacturer - It says it was "published and produced" by them

    • Phidal has made these Etch-A-Sketch board book hybrids for other franchises as well, such as Hello Kitty and Cars

  • Unsure if they've officially licensed the word "Etch-A-Sketch" for this, but Amazon listings for the G4 book use that name

    • The MLW page that includes the G3 one has an excerpt from what appears to be an official description of the item, and it just calls it a "magnetic drawing pad"

  • There are two versions of the book cover, but both have the same Etch-A-Sketch attached and the same pages inside

    • The easier one to find features Rarity, Pinkie, Rainbow Dash, and Cadence. The other one features Twilight Sparkle in focus, along with the rest of the Mane 6
