From My Little Kitty, a line of cat-themed toys under the MLP Brand, sold during Year 9 (1990-1991) of G1 MLP
This kitty came from the Lil' Litters Sets, which was the first wave of My Little Kitty toys
- The toys from this line all included a set of three kitties; a mother and two babies (and a brush).
- The Lil Litters sets were all themed on a specific breed (Siamese, Persian, Angora) or pattern (calico, tabby) of cat
This particular set was titled Cutie Calico, and included "Calico cats" (They don't look anything like calico cats - this is because apparently Hasbro accidently switched the names of the Calico and Persian cats, meaning this kitty is actually a Persian, which makes way more sense)

This was the "mom" Calico
- The "mom" cats were larger, flocked, with brushable tails. The two babies were small, unflocked, with non-brushable tails.
This set included a light pink hair brush. All hairbrushes from the Lil Litters Line had the same mold, but different colors
The mold is again re-used for the second wave of My Little Kitty Toys (Nursery Families), in a set called "Sudsy Angoras"
- There is a Persian cat in Nursery Families, but she uses the same mold as the false "Persian" cat from the first wave - Possibly calling into question the idea that they were mixed up in the first set? But that could very well still be true, it is far from unheard of for MLP to mix up character names and packaging, and this cat sure does look more like a Persian than a calico (and vice versa for the "Persian"
