  • The story is near identical to the first half of another book titled Belle of the Ball

    • This book also came out in 2004; I'm unsure which was published first

    • They had the same publisher, but a different author and illustrator

  • I actually have minimal knowledge about G3 media, but "the word around the street" is that Starcatcher and Skywishes have very gay undertones in their relationship. This rumor was seemingly confirmed, when, in 2023, Hasbro put out official Pride Month merchandise featuring the two characters together
